new ss owner
new ss owner
Hey guys, my name is taylor, i am a new cobalt ss owner. I own a 2006 ss 2.4. not the s/c but i'm looking into it. I havnt really done much to cars, except maybe for a cold air intake and exhaust. But with this cobalt i want to get into it much more than my previous vehicle.
Is there any decent performance shops around that can do ordering and installation for a decent price.
For now i am mainly looking at a new dual exhaust system and cold air intake and maybe a chip just to start. I already had the pleasure of meeting one member on here. kinseySS.
But i am loving my cobalt, never driven a standard until now and i love it. The only standard i ever touched was a forklift and i know it was a pain, but it just suits me better in a car.

welcome Taylor.... I traded in a 96 z24 when I bought my 09 cobalt ss the
z24 had 3 upgrades aem cold air intake, jet power module and a pace setter header. I know on the Island about the only place for aftermarket products is shc autographics. I've ordered black 18" oz ultralegerra's through them they should be here by the end of next week also a catless down pipe and boost tubing from clear image auto in washington. I hope you enjoy tuning your car..

Use the search button for any questions you have, cuz i guarantee someone on here has already done it and made a post for the easiest way to do it. Welcome, and post up some pics of the new ride!
Not too many performance places out here for us, I have found it I usually get better deals from the vendors on here. There is on shop thats not too bad...Advance Motorsport in Coquitlam, Ken is pretty good, best place to go for window tint also.
