Powdercoating rims

Anyone in Northern BC know where I can get my rims powdercoated? I'm talkin like betweent the coast and PG as I live on the coast and dont want to go further than PG to get it done...not even sure if there are any other Cobalts up here. Any info is appreciated thanks.

Powder Coating

I was also thinking of this but was told that it would cost as much as new decent rims anyway.

Well like I said I havent seen any rims that I really like, the only rims I've seen that I like are a set of Enkei's which are $187/rim so if I can get $120/rim for powder coating I think I'd take it.

sure they werent talking paint?? because powder doesnt really work in layers and the "primer" would be the sandblasting because the powder sticks right to the metal

Well.......if decided on powder coating then go for it. What color is your cobalt? You have not posted any pics>>>>>mine is red and would go with flat black. I am looking into cost locally in Vancouver and will let you know what I can get it done for.

Mine is sport red

Yeah I was thinking black because I will be getting the windows tinted soon so that would look pretty slick with the rims black matching the tint.

interesting...il have to ask my guy how he does it because i always thought that because it ws electrically charged powder and metal, that it would only stick to the metal...my guy just cant do rims yet, his oven isnt big enough.
