This is my review on HID werks!
Bought some H11 HID's for a late birthday gift / group buy. Finally got the bulbs in, but prior to installation , there was a wire that was not properly installed into the bulb harness. I contacted mKulrey13 from the vender and was super fast to respond. He told me to send him a PM and the bulb stating what the issue was and would get back to me ASAP. Through out the whole warranty process he kept me up to date on what was going on and responses were within minutes.
Warranty guys sent back an H1 bulb instead of an H11 bulb. Told mkulrey13 the issue and said no problem he would send me one himself. Upon further review of the bulb, it was indeed an H11 (The box was marked H1) Not once did he lose his temper and handled the situation perfectly!Even though it wasn't necessary for him to send me a bulb, it was great for a vender to go out of their way and offer to send a bulb of there own is awesome.
Can't thank mkulrey13 enough for the great communication and fast response times! My regular HID's are almost 1 1/2 old and will definitely buy some new ones from HID Werks!
