Starts out on Friday night where I scored some 80lb injectors. Next that came up were some shifter bushings for $12.99. I go to order them and ofcourse shipping to Canada was an insane $22! I PM Josh my concerns on the shipping cost. He immediately PM's me back and says to click off the "picking up my order" tab and he will just throw them in my injector shipping. Sweet! Since OTTP had sales going all weekend and not just a day like everyone else I saw ARP head studs on sale. Kept an eye on other things I was hoping would pop up like a Cometic head gasket. I post in Josh's Black Friday thread that if he puts the head gasket on sale i'll buy it and ARP heads studs. Boom, 10 minitues later Cometic head gasket on sale! So I pulled the trigger on both.

At the end of the sale he gives people the option if they want a store credit or a refund on shipping for combined orders. Where almost everywhere else was just offering a store credit on combined orders. I asked for a refund. Parts were shipped out a few days later with my refund on shipping right after.

If that's not customer service I don't know what is! Thanks for all the great deals and service Josh. I will be dealing with you in the future no question.
