Modern Performance customer service
Okay, so I know they aren't supporting vendors here, but I figured this would be the best place to put this. So here goes.
On Tuesday, August 30th, I finally got around to ordering the K&N Typhoon from Modern Performance(best price the day I was looking) later in the evening. I paid for 3 day shipping. They called me Wednesday morning and said if I wanted it by Friday, I could upgrade to 2 day shipping, as 3 day with the holiday weekend would mean I wouldn't get it until Tuesday. I agreed, as it was only $14 more.
Friday rolls around, Fedex shows up, and low and behold I was sent the wrong intake. The packing list included had the correct part number, but they sent an intake for a 1.6T Dodge Dart. I called them immediatley and spoke with Cory. I explained what happened and he said give him 5 minutes and he'll call me back. 10 minutes goes by and he called back to tell me they were refunding my shipping, shipping the correct one out that day to get it to me by Wednesday(yesterday), and sending me the prepaid label to send the incorrect one back.
I'd say that's great customer service, except one minor detail wasn't included. When I got the correct one, I opened the box to find this :-)
Needless to say, great company.

This was my second order from them. The first was my exhaust and Forge bpv, and I had no issues with that order. Quite happy how fast and responsive they were about the whole situation, and the Oreo pack was a nice bonus.
