Well it seems that word got out now its a buyers frenzy for that price I had two guys trying to get me to sell out from the first buyer...I guess the $13k price made people nuts (perhaps I sold too low..

???) I am swamped by buyers. It appears sold and will be delivered this week. Thanks for all who threw me bumps!!
