It just doesn't work that way, period.

As I said, it only works if someone had EQUIVALENT credit (and of course the $7 cash you are seeking) to be able to do this.

2) Dumbasses? Here's how come. The reason someone agreeing to pay YOU month to month would be stupid is that: (a) The loan would remain on YOUR credit, meaning if they decided not to pay you, you're fucked. Car's totaled and they didn't keep insurance? Fucked again. Worst case scenario, always. -- and (b) They have no recourse if you decide to stop making the payments on the loan they are giving. ****, you could keep their money for 6 months, let the car get repo'd, and they could do dick about it. I am in no way of accusing of doing something so rude or terrible, but, **** I don't know you and wouldn't trust you with $7,000 (the cash offset). Who would? You would trust a stranger with that?

Notarized = Who gives a ****? So one of you takes the other to court and wins, THEN what? Can't do ****. They skip state and you've won a local court case against a ghost.

3) You're a dick. But I'm probably a bigger one. And besides, it's never too late to get an education on something -- who cares if people say **** all the time, doesn't mean they're right in doing so. Call your bank and ask them, seriously. Anyhow, free bump again. Hope you sell quickly.
I'm sure if I cared enough to read that whole post, I would probably change my opinion completely after being exposed to such wisdom. Well, I skimmed through your little rant and realized you are just one of those people. I could go into detail with a cute little list about what I mean by "one of those people", but I think you can get the hint. In other words, I'll sell my car as I see fit, despite what people like you have to say about my methods and desires.

It's obvious that your education hasn't served you too well when you can say that it does **** you off, followed by saying it doesn't **** you off (in consecutive posts), and immediately pulling the Junior High "Prove it" card in your ever so handy list you provided for me.

I can sell my car without your sarcastic and pointless charade of an ego trip you seem to be polluting this thread with. You can take your bitch-fit and your terrible persuasion skills elsewhere, and let me sell my car. I hope you feel accomplished and content. Now unless you would like to purchase my vehicle, I must ask you politely to please move along and bestow your infinite wisdom to someone who gives a ****.

P.S. Thank you ever so much for the bump and all of your support, you dark sergeant you! (Oh and I wanted $7,000 cash not $7; Modest error I'm sure, for a mind of your caliber -->) "and of course the $7 cash you are seeking" -DarkSergeant

Thank you, I'll definitely take your advice. I understand there are risks, and that it is much safer to sell it outright for cash. And it's much easier to say that, than to PMS everywhere like the good ol' sergeant did, but I appreciate your help and support. Dark Sergeant is obviously just a hard headed person that can never stand to be wrong or have his own medicine shoved down his throat. Plain and simple, don't be a **** about things and you might find that it causes less problems.

^I'm just curious...have you actually looked into the take over payments deal? Because its sounds like you haven't. I think you are just assuming that things (as I am in this post) will work a certain way when in reality you really don't have any idea.

I think I might be the only one who has researched it. I know it is risky and considered to be a "stupid" option. I understand it's not the safest method, but it IS possible. I never claimed that it was a great idea or that it would even work out if someone was willing. I doubt anyone is, and I doubt I would ever choose that method, especially for a car like this. All I stated was that it is possible, and that it can be done. Just about anything can be made safer through thorough and legal contracts signed by the involved parties. If it makes you feel better, and can stop everyone from menstruating for a while, then I will say that I, Boost_this of Victorville, Ca, hereby solemnly swear that I do not support "taking on payments" and will do whatever it takes for my voice to be heard on an international scale! And I will speak out against this inconceivable method, along with Gun control, drug abuse and pre-marital sex!

I guess what I could do is spend my day skimming through classifieds so I can stir up controversy over the internet. I'd appreciate it if you would take your own advice and look into something before speaking about it. I'll tell you what I have told the rest. If you would like to purchase my car from me, then please send me a private message with your offer and we can work something out. Otherwise, please vacate the forum and leave your two irrelevant cents somewhere where it is appreciated and quit contaminating my thread. Thank you.

Sorry, no can do. I actually have a pending offer from someone in my hometown, and I am going to give him priority because he has cash and is very close, therefore making it much easier to handle everything. If that does not work out, I think I am going to try and strike up a deal with a Used Car Dealership, instead of taking the risks with payment methods and all the hassle with shipping and what not. Unless someone comes at me with an exceptional offer, I am going to try and keep everything as simple and local as possible.

I appreciate your interest in the car, but that offer just won't cut it.

Thank you

How quickly you forget...but it sucks when people trash up your for sale thread doesn't it...?

Honestly though, good luck with the sale. Good looking car and GREAT price! I'm surprised it hasn't sold yet.
