yeah ive gone back there once, when i finally got all my mods. when i went there with the meet i only had GMS1 and then i got all my mods went back and made the numbers in my sig and tomorrow should be going back to see what im pushing with a 27psi M-Dub tune

Its nasty. id love to make a deal. i bet if i tuned it and dynoed it on a dynojet dyno it would put down 500rwhp. and run low 11's to high 10's and 30mpg highway.

 

as crazy as it sounds i REALLY want to build up a camaro myself. i think your car is SICK though and definitely contemplating the idea

on a side note i went to carmax today for ***** and giggles and someone brought them up and i never knew how bad they were...

so they inspect it and they are like "we are DEFINITELY interested in taking that car off of you and the exterior is perfect as well as the interior and with the low miles its a perfect buy with the clean background it has"

then they offer me....

i understand they need to make a profit but with the ability to sell the car for DOUBLE what they paid for it makes me wonder where do they have the nerve to offer 8k as a serious price for a car whos trade in value is 13-15k? seriously 4-5k less than a minimum trade in value? am i out of line for thinking this?

 

I also just had a guy offer me a 98 trans am ls1 6 speed t tops that's emaculent with 98,000 all stock except alot of exhaust work. We could work a deal with that to.

probably because of the aftermarket mods you have. they like their cars 100% stock I just bought a cobalt ss sedan from carmax with 3,000 miles (brand new) for 18k and traded in my g8 gt ith 40k miles for 19k. They are selling the gt right now for 22.5k.

 

hell maybe ill just retune it to GMS1, put the stock airbox on it, same with the factory headlights if i can clean them up from the bad tint experiment once i bought the aftermarket ones and clean off all the plasti-dip and tint on the rears... the only thing i dont have is the stock ic piping. make some money off the car AND the aftermarket parts

i hope so, if youre a serious buyer i can make a slightly better deal but i wouldnt be able to drive it or ship it to you. its a solid car that has serious potential and at its current state it is a pretty mean car.
