2004 Ion Redline S/C

Hey guys,

I just got a good job and it's time to get something newer.

It's a black 2004, and has never been seriously modded. It has an AEM dryflow filter in it, and poly motor mounts.

This car has absolutely been babied. This is proven by the fact that this car has almost 150k miles on it and is still on the stock clutch. No joke.

I'm asking $5000.

Feel free to ask me any questions, or give me any offers. The best way to contact me is through email, as I check it multiple times daily. patrick.j.kinsella@gmail.com

I'm looking to get an STI or an Evo...imagine that.

I am located in Louisville, KY.

Thanks!

i don't see 150K miles on an '04 as "babied", just my two cents.

Thanks guys.

And yes, the "babied" part is not a function of how many miles were put on it, it is a function of how well it was taken care of while the miles were added.

The first owner put the majority of the miles on it (I bought it with 110k miles or so), and they were most definitely highway miles...to the effect of 2000-2500 miles per month. There's just no way to put that kind of mileage on a car with city driving anyway.

He also kept tedious notes on any servicing done to the car.
Also, I'm still in contact with the first owner.

Umm...last time I checked, the front bumper was stock. Thanks though, you're sweet.

You act like the high mileage should be exempt because it could possibly be highway driven. There's a reason why the car is still for sale (as far as I know); the pictures make the vehicle look beautiful, and the price is pretty low, I bet it's the 150k+ miles on the car that is a red flag to potential buyers. Whether it be city or highway, the mileage is keeping people from making the purchase.
