2005 Saturn Ion Redline
(KBB values at $10,500 in Very Good condition). Clean Title in hand and clean Carfax (no accidents) 63,000 miles. 2.0L supercharged LSJ engine with 5 speed manual transmission (now with the Competition Package's Limited Slip Differential!). Silver Nickel exterior and blue Recaro seat interior. Options include the tall rear Aero spoiler (now installed), power sunroof and factory premium sound package with in dash 6 disc MP3 CD player.
$8800 asking price. I just plastidipped the wheels and the roof has Matte black 3m vinyl and the upper rails are plasti dipped
I am the 2nd owner and a non-smoker. Oil was always changed with Mobil 1 Synthetic. Exterior and interior are 9/10. The Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R tires currently mounted still have life 50%.
Installed at 60,000 miles:
• LSD transmission swap which also had ~60k miles
• EBC Yellow Stuff brake pads + New rotors
• Dual Pass intercooler plate
• New Intercooler pump
• Subframe connectors
• Eibach Pro-Kit Springs (~1 inch drop)
• New strut mounts/top hats
• Revised shifter bracket
• New Fuel filter
• Updated Tensioner spring + Timing chain (preventative maintenance)
Other maintenance and modifications:
• Timken front wheel bearing hub assemblies (with lifetime warranty)
• Dead pedal foam under carpet for resting your clutch foot (very uncomfortable without this!)
• K&N cold air intake that was just re-cleaned
• Aeroforce Gauge and boost gauge
Extras to be included and/or negotiated with sale:
• Included: Extra set of stock rims with mounted winter tires can be included with the right offer
• Negotiable: 2.8" supercharger pulley, 60lb injectors, and Stage 2 belt (never installed)
The pictures show the spoiler off, but it is included with the sale. I removed the spoiler for awhile because I liked the clean sleeper look. Easy to remove and install.
