2006 Saturn Ion 2.4L

Hey guys. Up for sale is my 2006 Saturn Ion Level 3 with the 2.4L out of the SS-NA cars. It is a 5-speed and comes with the TWM short-throw. It has ~72,500 miles and the engine is strong. It has seen only BP/Marathon 93 octane, Quaker State synthetic oil, and a recent trans fluid change. It needs the clutch switch replaced, which probably isn't difficult, but I am mechanically dumb, so I have just dealt with it. The broken one is causing the car's BCM to not recognize clutch input, and thus the rpm's don't drop as quickly as they should. It is simply a spring sensor behind the clutch pedal, but I haven't gotten around to replacing it cuz I know I'd break something else in the process.

It is a WONDERFUL freeway car. It has tons of passing power, though most of its power is between 4 and 6.3k rpm. I have had this car at 100mph on the interstate and it feels solid. It has a traction control off switch, so when you feel like being spirited, you can turn it off and light it up from first to second. This car does have torque steer, which is normal for any fwd sport compact. I wax it often, though its been a few weeks due to recent health issues. It cleans up very well

I am asking $7400, as that is what I owe, but knowing the clutch switch issue is a bit worrisome, I am open to negotiation. I just bought an 05 Skittle, so I need out from under this car payment. My number is 740-605-9688. Mornings are ideal to call, as I work nights, and if leave a message if I don't answer and I'll get back as quick as I can. The car is also listed locally, but I'd love to see it go to someone on this forum who will take care of it as well as myself. It hasn't been tracked, though I could see it putting down decent numbers with the plastic body and sticky tires. Thanks everyone and I hope to hear form you.
