ttt I noticed a bunch of people looking for cars like mine, but you're on the Eastern half of the US. Me and my car are in CA. Let's see, what can we do? Truck it.

You can buy the car and have it shipped for less than a thousand bucks. Then you'd have an almost new SS/TC with GM kit for a lot less than new. No rust, no grime, never been in the snow, has hardly even seen rain. It can be yours!!!

Why are you getting rid of it?

 

Last year I started school at night (after work). My daily driver at the time was my Z06. The commute to work and school was longer and I didn't want to run up the mileage on the Z06. I also wanted something that got better mpg and was fun to drive, so I bought the SS.

The SS was a great choice, fun to drive, fantastic performance, and good gas mileage. Well, I finished the first year of school and decided to not enroll for the fall. So although I would like to keep the Cobalt as a daily driver, I just can't afford the extra car payment and insurance when I'm not getting school reimbursement money.

My choice is to sell the Z06 or the SS. As good a car as the Cobalt is, I like the Z06 better.

So the Cobalt for sale. (I also have a bunch of slightly used school books for sale)

What is the in-service date? Being a 2008 and less than 36K...would like to see if you are past the in-service date (to do an extended warranty with GM the car has to be less than 36K and not past the in-service date).

If unsure...when did you purchase the car?

I don't know for sure, but the car fax says the car was originally purchased on 9/18/08 so my guess is that 9/18/11 is the end of warranty even though the mileage is low.

I didn't purchase the car when new. I am the second owner.
