No, but I owe less than what I want to sell it for, so the bank would transfer the title and I have already called to confirm no liens and that we could do it at a local branch (chase bank).

Thanks, I would trade for a Honda CR-V!...and the being in AZ has nothing to do with the sunroof really, it's just that it is ridiculously hot here so having a sunroof basically means keeping it closed all the time :-)
