Or you could just sell it at a normal SS/TC price and then use that to clear the lien, making it legal again. Most SS/TC's should still go for way more than 13K.

had it posted for 14k an not one bite. 4 months. need the money. i can rebuild my credit. if it doesnt sell. im going to continue trying to pay it off. but idk how long that will last.

Bro just let the bank take it i'm telling you will be better off and they will sell it at auction and will probably not owe anything. This will not go away if you sell it and they WILL get the money from you one way or another and it will end up costing you more. Trust me i fucked up my credit real bad when i was 18-19 and i still to this day i deal with it and i'm 32 now. You will get a court summons in the mail and at minimum they will garnish your wages. Just so you know, if the bank puts a repo order out for it because you stop paying for it, you can't just sell it. That is legally the banks property....
