Wanted 2010 LNF Coupe
I think I am going to try and buy paintballer's car.
I agree though. I know this is not a cheap hobby, but I do not want to **** money away; still trying to be somewhat practical. I mean, honestly, I have had my LSJ for almost 2 years and 50K+ miles, and I am just now getting bored. I would be happy with a LNF + a k04ftw for a while. Post that I want a Lex is250 f or BMW m3 anyway

I have to figure some things out on it, plus the car would have to be retuned for 93 before I got it.
Everyone that would be willing to fly up there with me is a chick and I don't trust them behind the wheel of a car like that...
I wont pay more than 12k for it though.
I lost out on 3 2010's with 30-40k on them for less than 13.1k out the door from dealers.
He has had that one a while because it is priced too high.
Hey so, out on a whim here but I am interested in scooping up a '15 WRX so my cobalt has to go. I have exactly what you're looking for:
*2010 Black SS
*49,700 miles
*Bone stock nothing modded whatsoever
*Clean, looks great, minor minor chipping on bumper/hood nothing major, a great clean and wax and it looks fantastic
*Stock TC Rims powdercoated Anthracite
*I have my old '07 LSJ wheels that are shot to hell but have 1 winter's worth of tread left on Michellin X-Ice tires (though not much use in Florida I guess)
* One final note... STILL HAS POWERTRAIN WARRANTY UNTIL 2/27/15
I'll post up some pics within the next few days if you are interested, I just got ACL surgery so going outside for pics will be a bit tough but I will upon request.
Hope to ttys if you are still in the hunt...
p.s. edited to add in the fact that since it is a 2010, LSD & the RPD unit are standard so yes it has the digital unit. Love that thing, I like to see how many G's I pull on a given road trip

Mine is up for grabs buddy. I'm moving on to bigger and better things.
Silver Ice Metallic, RPD, Sunroof, Modded, Central Florida. Only thing is it's not G85. Let me know.

What are you doing Wednesday evening? I am already going to Orlando to look at one LNF...
Any and all info! Just need to get some pics up.
BlackSSstg2, I would be delighted to take some pics and such. As I mentioned in my post, I have an ACL injury but with the help of my friends and fam I can get it to a car wash and clean it up real nice.
a bit of extra info for now:
*NO accidents, nothing negative on carfax.
*There is ONE ding on the car, the size of a dime, was there when I bought it. Will provide pics ASAP when I, or someone else, is capable to do so.
*During that superstorm Sandy, my car door opened really quickly due to the winds, hitting my coworker's car, no claim was made they didn't care, they had an old buick... the very outer lip of the door dented in slightly, I banged out 90% of it out with a rubber mallot, it's not very noticeable, just thought I'd mention it. I see it but only because I know it's there and I look for it.
I will do my best to get these pics today or tomorrow. The car is in very good condition. I bought it certified used from Priority Chevrolet in Virginia, June 19th, 2012. I have been the only owner since then. Any work done, save for 2 oil changes, was done through local Chevrolet dealerships.
I had the head replaced June 2013, it was noted a rocker arm was defective and broke into pieces, causing a hole in the head?? The top half of the engine was replaced, I was told by the head tech of Atlantic Chevrolet of Bay Shore (who works on the vettes and other engine issues) that the bottom half of block was mint. Rebuilt engine with the new parts (pre-loaded head), car runs exactly the same as before. This was all done under powertrain warranty.
Steering column replaced twice, this is a common occurance with the balts apparently as I have forum searched this before. Slight play in steering that is common to our cars, I am 2 months out of warranty from the last replacement.
I had the fuel pump replaced. The clip going to the cam driven direct injection pump on top of the engine was taped together! I accused the dealership of a shoddy repair job, they didn't like that until I showed them the tape. Still never took responsibility but o well, I demanded a new clip. Got a brand new pump (can't replace just the clip). RPD unit still shows 2200+ PSI during WOT as it did before.
I have yet to do the ignition recall because TBH my key got stuck in the ignition last year and I got it fixed, my paperwork says it used "updated ignition part" so perhaps my car had it fixed? Can't get up to check but I will provide info on that later.
She runs great, suspension is still tight and pulls high Gs on the clover leafs all the time. Shifter is as tight and smooth as the day I got it, no problem with the gate, snaps into any gear with a reassurance I never had in my LSJ, even when it only had 9k miles on it. Shifter wiggle in gear is less than 1/2" when in gear, I checked.
Interior is in excellent condition as well. No seat sag, no upholstery tears, no issues. The floor mats could use a bit of love, but my approach with mats and cars is usually to burn them out and replace with new. There's a hole where my right heel rests.
I tapped into the factory subwoofer lines with a hi-lo adapter (converts powered audio signal to RCA) and using those RCAs for the sub signal to a Kicker 1000wrms class D sub amp. It powers an Image Dynamics IDMAX12v3D4 sub and I have a remote bass knob under the steering wheel. The Sub resides in a custom fiberglass box I made that goes in the right corner of the trunk (opposite where the stock 10" goes in the left corner)
OK!! That is an extensive list of ANY and ALL things related to my car!! As for pics, I'll get them up ASAP. As I mentioned, minor chips in hood/bumper as to be expected on NY roads (I hate the expressway) But I use the turtle wax black box kit and the car looks brand new afterwards. I also have my friend, a professional detailer, buff out my car twice a year with the lightest compound and least abrasive buffing wheel available on his Dual Action polisher.
I am aware the private party if the car is PERFECT is 13k, and if it is just OK, or "Fair" it is 11k. In the middle is fine, would love 12k for the car. That's up to you. I gave full disclosure. I also have all of my service records since owning the car. Subaru offered my 9,5k as trade in! Scoundrels!! Galves says 10,2k is a "great price" for trade in, yea ok.
Hope to talk to you soon.

C - if you want me to take a look at this guys car let me know. It on Long Island.
LOL turns out the WRX is on backorder for 8-10 weeksl I test drove the 2015 CVT WRX... what a fun car. Feels so solid yet so nimble. It wasn't even the dealer's car to test drive, one of the salesmen bought it months ago and he let me drive his personal car, compettion subaru in smithtown what a nice place.
The CVT was more responsive than most paddle shift cars, not lightning quick like a DSG but just as fast as if I mashed a clutch. I was able to drive a sports car without my left leg it felt great! Anywho...
I might put the sale of this car on hold just because IF you liked it and came to see it or ysc06 came and saw it, I don't think I'm quite ready to sell since the WRX isn't available to buy. Can't be car-less.
I was a bit impulsive when I listed it on your post, however if after the winter you're still looking for a damn good LNF, I'll be around. I'll have put maybe 5k miles on in as many months.
Good luck finding the right LNF for you, BlackSS!

That being said I am moving forward with a Blue 09 SS/TC I drove last night in Orlando. g85, rpd, zzp, injen, Hahn, eibach, bps, forge, 25psi PANDA, and 58k on her.
