Anyone In Ontario with their SS/SC for sale?

I have a 2006 SS/SC with 60,000kms on it. I live downtown TO and I would like to either sell it or sign over my lease. The lease is up Sept of 09.
The car is Red with a Carbon Fiver Hood and trunk, Vibrant header/Downpipe/Cat and K&N Filter. The engine and SC and suspension are stock. I will throw in the steel 16s with snow tires with it as well.
The reason I don't need it is because now that I work downtown I don't commute anymore and it never gets driven anymore other than to get groceries.
