Wanted Cobalt SS/TC
I'm looking for a Cobalt SS/TC for around $12,000 to $15,000 would prefer low miles (no more than 45,000 miles) and a car fax history report ontop of that if possible (It's not like I don't trust anyone here, just need it to verify the history of the car). Also must be close by like 100 miles close. Let me know or PM me

Alright guys, I think I found the cobalt I want on Autotrader.com but here is a question that I'm having a hard time trying to find an answer for.
Here's the situation: The person selling their cobalt as a private seller currently has a lien threw there credit union on the vehicle. I want to purchase there cobalt with an auto loan from my credit union. The guys bank stated that they "cannot except a check threw a third party". My Credit union said to me that if the person I'm buying from currently has a lien on the vehicle the bank will pay that off from how much the current owner still owes plus what they want for it. So I guess to put all this:
Does an auto loan count as a third party check?
I hope someone can answer this question for me.
