For Sale FS/FT 2.0L ZZP Turbo Swap LSJ

FS/FT 2.0L ZZP Turbo Swap LSJ
Yes I'm serious, the car is for sale. As much as I would like to get this car together and make some passes I just don't have the time to pull the trans and work on it. So I'd like to get rid of it, hopefully so someone who can complete it, and buy a nicer car to daily and take to the track.
The good: Everything in the parts list
The bad: Needs the clutch master put in and a new tob. Needs new paint or a vinyl wrap on the roof.
Car needs a new clutch master cylinder installed, which I have a ZZP adjustable purchased and ready to install and/or a new tob. I just haven't been able to do it yet because I live and work full time in Edmond and the car is in Bartlesville.
Car will come with the "Drag Brake" setup I've machined and installed. Kit consists of LNF hubs drilled to 5x114.3, LNF knuckles, LNF axles, LS calipers with 10" rotors.
Will come with all my misc spare parts: LSJ Cams, LNF rockers, LSJ valve springs, LNF lifters, retainers, ac lines, compressor, condenser, two mufflers, 3" turn down, K2 LED tail lights, Wolf car cover, oem radio and hvac controls, dual gauge cluster pod, and other things I can't think of right now because it's all at the other house.
Current state of the car: Runs, need to fix the clutch issue before it drives. Engine/drivetrain is otherwise sound and solid.
Wheels/tires: I do not own oem wheels. Will come with the 16x7 MB Wheels with the worn out Nitto 555r's for the front and the 15x6 Cragar with 185/85/15 M&H skinnies in the rear. Front hubs are 5x114.3 rear hubs are 5x114.3.
All vinyls will be removed from the car before it leaves my hands.
Parting out is not going to happen. Too much work, same price, no return. As far as the A/C and heat goes, it's more involved than people think. The buyer will get all the parts but it will be up to them to install it. I'm not going to reroute the coolant lines, buy and install an oem thermostat housing, buy and install a coolant pipe in the rear, move the water pump, install the compressor condensor and lines, order a new belt for the length, charge everything, remove the center radio bezel I made to reinstall the hvac controls, move the gauges from that bezel to a new location and then rewire them properly. I could sell the turbo kit, but then I'd need an m62 kit. I could sell the engine, but then I'd need a stock engine. I could sell the wingless trunk, but then I'd need a trunk. I could put stock wheels on it, but I'd need to buy them. So again no part-out.
Really, after replacing the master and tob, it's only injectors away from mid 600 to the wheels. More with a larger turbo and trans to hold it. You can always just take out the F35, put a ZZP 6speed in it and go make 700whp.
It is currently tuned for 110 Sunoco but seeing as how it doesn't drive that really doesn't matter, once you get it driving it can be tuned to your liking.
Price is $11,000obo.
I realize for those who need it, no bank is going to grant a loan for $15k on an '05 Cobalt. So I will consider a car worth $5k plus $10k cash to make up the difference or a car worth $10k and $5k cash to make up the difference. Or whatever you have to offer really.
With all the little things I've done to the car to round it all out plus the spare parts, including the installed drag kit which cost me a grand to make, center console gauge pod, and the custom water pump setup (another grand) I think that's a fair starting price. We can negotiate but I will not swap around parts or take things off the car to lower the price to your liking, every Cobalt item I have will be going with the car.
Four time FCOTM car.
Three July's in a row.
