Whats with the rust water stained filler neck and the rust water puddles behind it on the fender well? Does it leak or spray coolant? Just don't see the 10/10 here and the interior looks pretty dirty/seats stained. Maybe better pictures might help.

located in north indy.. that was where it was spilled and sat without being paid attention to. Has since then been cleaned up, and also interior does look dirty in the pics but that was all cleaned as well.
nothing leaks and also no lights besides oil light from sensor needing replaced.
