For Sale RPF1 Balt For Sale.
right car + right parts + right buyer = sale
I have seen cars with alot less into them be scoffed at for an "absurd" asking price, then low & behold, it sells...
Many of the replies here, as negative as they are, do not surprise me...
IMHO, with a soft market, it is a good time to buy in - but it's still a gamble...
Good luck with the sale Will ~ you have a great car.
(and yes, I am both surprised & disappointed to see this thread)
P.S. I saw two ignored Q's; one being the CED one - care to comment?
You are including a lot of stuff, but if someone has $30K to spend on a car, I doubt they would buy a used Cobalt.
Why is that so hard to understand?
I'm just putting it out there.
I take it from the comments you and your gf haven't been together long. Don't be an idiot and rush everything and sell your **** if you early into a relationship, just dumb.
Then again, no offense but u also dropped 20k into a cobalt and are selling it shortly after completing it, you need to re think some of your decisions.
Since I'm not an interested buyer I shall duck out of this thread
GL with sale

Haha and you gave me **** for selling mine!
While I realize you have **** tons of money invested in this thing, I feel you will never get $30,000 out of it. When I traded my Cobalt in on the Mazdaspeed Miata, they gave me $6,500 as it stood. Granted I probably could have gotten alot more out of it (I still owed about $11,xxx) if I sold it personally, as I too had ALOT of money tied up in my car, but I was tired of looking at it and jumped on that Miata (one of 394 in that color!).
Regardless, I wish you the best of luck in selling it. Definitely one of the nicest Cobalt's....period.

Bump.. For, in my opinion, the cleanest SS/SC on the site.
As for the 30K.. The mods don't matter. No one gives a **** how much you paid, to put what ever in to it. That isn't their problem that you spent 20K on mods. You will NEVER get what you put in to it. No where near. Everyone knows that.
Honestly.. I think you'd be grateful to get 20K.
Either way, good luck!

I mean yeah, it's a nice car.. But they have brand new, 2010, SS/TC's out by me, fully loaded, for 20K.
If you did that, then 10K in mods, total of 30K, you'd wipe the ******* floor with the SS/SC, it's unique, clean as ****, and all that cute bullshit, but I think most people would take the faster car.
Just sayinnnnnnn.
