did some searching around, found a credit union south of here that loans solely on credit raiting and amount financed, not the value of the car itself. so i will be going down there sometime this week

i'm ****** stoked. cause, before when i talked to my person credit union, they said i myself qualify for a $30k auto loan for 60mo. and i haven't even taken out a loan in my name but i do have a good credit score through other things. this place down south of me, if the auto loan is greater than $15k the term can go up to 72 months instead of 60. and they loan based on credit score and amount financed, not the value of the vehicle. so if my pops cosigns with me, i'll be able to get the car and all the spair parts

Lol why not? I can afford $400 or more if I want to a mo on my car note, mods, luxury item bills, rent stuff etc etc on 200-250 per week. I'm sure army pays more than 12k a year. God I need to get onto that whole career after college thing....

 

When you're a private you take home just over 800 a month. Trust me.

a $40,000 loan at 76 months WITHOUT interest is $516 per month. After insurance, cell phone bill, gas etc, there's going to be nearly nothing left, if anything at all.

and if you're wondering about a daily driver my dad is gonna sell me the 04' impala ss for a couple thousand as a grad gift.

 

air assault is nothing but a badge, there's no extra pay. And that 680 included my 150 a month jump pay. You won't get jump pay unless you go to an airborne unit, and are on jump orders. You've got about a 50/50 chance of landing in an airborne slot, so don't rely on it.

You won't be able to drive a car until airborne school, but i wouldn't recommend having one there as you'll be moving to a new post soon anyways.

 

yeah i won't even be picking up the car untill im at my final post, it literally won't even be moved after i buy it, it'll still be sitting in his shop on the lift or where ever he's got it sitting. i just want to jump on it while i have the chance

 

Is it a good idea to take a loan on a race car? Up here for a loan you need to insure the car as well. And not many insurance company's would inspect that and insure it.

yeah but I guess they forgot that most people buying the car would be broke ass 17yr olds unfortunately. I spent a lot of my own time and money trying to push these cars on my own out of my driveway, and just got bitched at, so f' this car now.
