Another great experience for another

When I first received my GMPP brake for my ss I saw that I did receive two front left rotor. So I contacted Tom and in less than a week he shipped the good rotor to me with some freebee, and a return label so I can ship it back my wrong rotor!
Some people keep telling that they don't order in usa to avoid those situation, but with an customer service like CED, I'm glad I choose CED and save a lot of $ and time!!!

lol, Noooo no more mistakes,
I know how I feel when I get something that I didn't order so I strive to fill our orders quickly and accurately. I do take it personally when we screw something up and try to do my best to fix our mistakes ASAP.
