Info on 2.4SS intake manifold swap...
I dont know if my problem was unique but the hole on top of the new manifold for the MAP sensor was to small. I had to drill it out to allow the MAP sensor from my 07 2.2LS to fit. Just thought I would let you know so you can look into it.

Well you didn't notice but as my sig says I have an 07. And I believe it was about a 3/4 inch drill bit I just start out with one that fit inside the stock MAP sensor hole and went up in size until i could fit the MAP sensor in the new manifold pretty snug.
