I dont always see everything.. sorry. I get all excited and lose control..

Thats awsome though!! I really will have to save up and get it done right. Working on getting another car also. Will see how this year goes. Flooring has been slow thus far this year.. primary job is Fire Dept.

No disrespect at all intended.

I didnt mean just you, I saw another thread this morning with more BS about warranty etc. Its kinda funny

You do need to have a tuner or your own HPT handy to remain "hidden", that's the only issue!

shouldn't have any wheel hopping problems with slicks. They are much softer than drag radials.

What rali said, slicks are much softer, I do second gear burnouts. Just make sure there is enough water or you can hurt something. Do you have a wotbox to adjust launches or no?

Not bad last time I checked mine it was 9.0 seconds 4.7 seconds 0-60 (need more traction LOL) and 4.3 from 60-100. I need more traction though LOL. 55% torque in 1st still spins.

Spare tire in your car? Rear seats weigh only ~10 lbs total. The sub weighs ~12 lbs. Trunk mat weighs ~7 lbs.

yeah i have a WOT box but my car is retarded.. for some reason, it wont work 100% like if i want to do burnouts, i have to turn off the 2 step because the rpm lockout doesnt work for me and when i try to burnout, the thing thinks that im trying to 2 step which ***** everything up. i think thats how i broke an axle last year.. im gonna try raising the lockout to like 3 grand and see if that does anything..

Instead of doing a burnout by pressing in clutch, going WOT then dumping it. Try to rev it up above your LC point with half throttle then wot and dump it. Works for me with the 2step installed

I didn't get the spare with my car. Going to take out the pass. Seat this week, maybe even put in a little race gas, 100 percent first gear, and hope for the best lol.

Sick times man, I just hope everyone else doesn't go around screaming Cobalts are knockin on 11's like it's so easy. A lot of work, prep, and experience is going into your ride.

I'm not sure you have the power to run 11's just yet. You're doing insane 60's already and your trap is showing your need for more power. On a cold night you might get it if you can maintain traction.

well, it may not be that easy, buts its definitely not as hard as people make it out to be. if people on this site would get it through their heads that traction>power, the cobalt community would be going somewhere...

So you did a 0-100 pass .6 seconds faster then a car on slicks?
