2007 SS/SC Question

Hey guys,
I am thinking about a Black 2007 cobalt SS/SC (with LSD) that they have here in Wisconsin for sale, but I have a question?

With a 2007 SS/SC, I was going to have them drop the GM Stage 2 on it right away at the dealership, and then I was going to install an AEM Intake myself...my question is this...what should I be running?

Thanks!
