its a turbo built by mikes turbo i believe they changed the wheel inside the turbo bought it used but its boosting great, whats k04 ftw?

its a K04 that is machined out with a larger compressor wheel

it's actually called a "ko4r";
You're getting the turbo, and an ongoing thread title confused.
