So what did you run at LVD tonight...? 
My buddy was up there and he texted me saying you ran a 14.7@98. Did you get anything better? Otherwise I think my I/E may have your Stage II beat.

I wasn't even able to go to the track today! Someone's confused here, so let's clear things up a bit.
Here is a copy of the pm that I sent hawkeyez today, dated 06-25-2008 at 03:45 PM:

I just got your message, but we left at noon for a morning training class on Meth Labs and we just got back (it's now 3:30 pm).
At this point, I don't think they can accept requests for time off when it's only a few hours away (they normally need 4 hrs advanced notice).
I didn't put the slip in earlier because I wasn't sure yet if anyone else was going.
Darn! Today is a perfect day for racing!
On the Fire Dept., they have to replace your position and hire a overtime guy for when your gone.

Hawk's pm came to me at 12:37pm, but I was already in a training class and didn't get back until 3:45pm. Too late to do anything about it. Hawk can verify my pm.
The car that ran 14.7 had to have been the blue balt that hawk mentioned his friend had (I have not even met hawk yet).
Seriously, I ran 14.8@96mph box stock with only 500 miles on the car. And you think I only ran 1/10 sec. quicker and 2mph faster with Stage 2?
So I guess your "call out" can now officially be "called back in".

Ah. I was thinking it had to have been another car because I remember you saying you ran a 14.8 bone stock. I was starting to get worried for a minute there.. I asked him if there was a blue SS SC there with high rise wing, polished rims and an "older" guy driving it. (no offense.. lol). I guess that makes 2 now, lol. I plan on going up this coming Wednesday, do you think you will be there as well?

Yeah, I can see now why you thought it was me.

2,500 miles ago, the dealer installed a new clutch in my car.
Should be ok in that dept.!
I mean ... if you can beat ...
Awe heck, I can't even say it with a straight face!
(P.S. Make sure you put the malt vinegar on my fries with lotsa ketchup ... )
