Awesome times. Can you tell us what your using for a tune? Is it GM stage 2 or something else. I wanted to run the 2.7, but I was scared to with just the GM tune.

it's a modified gm stage tune
removed all torque mgmt and boost controls, upped the rev limit a bit,
fuel and timing are all gm stock

Have you checked out your AFRs with this setup/Do you use a wideband to monitor them?
I was considering getting a 2.7" for the track, and just keeep the current 2.9" on there for daily driving.

Thanks
Chris-

yes I use an AEM wideband to monitor the afr, I put it in before I went down to the 2.7 from the 2.9

also have an Interceptor in the car for some ghetto logging
and I have had opportunities where I did some logging with HPT as well.
my car runs rich with the 2.7 and the gm tune

(doesn't mean yours will though...so don't take a chance until you get a wideband sensor)

hehe
yeah, we had some good runs this year didn't we,
and you're doing just fine considering you only came to the track a few times so far
I have a feeling that margin will be alot smaller next season!!
you've got that hunger dude!!
enjoyed running with ya!

those Hoosiers, what rims do you have them mounted on? Im assuming 16" wheels or smaller.....

What specific Hoosier slick are you running, if you don't mind me asking.

Thanks,
Chris-
