I'm heading down the track this weekend and wanted to know what to expect my times to be. 07 Cobalt ss/sc zzp stage 3, stage 3 H/E, 2.7" pully, Dual Pass, CAI, Vibrant header and downpipe, Vibrant cat-back, 2 step colder plugs, 60# injectors, 18" street tires

 

You will have to go and find out. Every car and everyone will run a different time, even in the same car.

 

depends on if you can hook up, if you can maybe....13.4ish......


just depends, i know my buddy had a good amout of work and he couldnt hook it up on street tires so he didnt even break a 13, but with stage 2 and intake, him and i have both hit 13.8

I need to get tuned yet, having trouble understanding this tuning stuff...im just gonna take it somewhere and tell em to try their best

Its all in the launch. If you can't get off the line and keep your momentum going for the 1-2 shift, your times will suffer! Practice launching the car and nailing the 1-2 shift without nosing over, that will make your times a lot more impressive!

 

14.1 @ 105ish my guess. if you arent tuned, never been to a track, and are on street tires.

 

you have enough power for a low low 13 but thats with perfect driving. like byt said its all about the first 330' with these cars. what street tires you running?

If you can get a decent 60ft, then you will prob run a 9.1ish 1/8 mile and prob a 13.6 1/4 as long as you hit your shifts right.

 

a 9.1 1/8 is more of a 14.1-14.15 1/4 on the m62. it'd be more like a 8.7 or 8.8 for a 13.5-6

 

Only one way to find out i guess lol, Hopefully this month or next month ill take it to BYT and have them hook me up

canned tune or custom? My guess would be 13.6 - 14.0 depending on traction and driver skills trapping 99 - 103 mph

 

def should trap more than 99-103

 

it's possible but I highly doubt it

 

stock lsj trap around 99 so way past possible. look at the 1/4 mile list, most 2.7 guys are trapping 105-108
