Not so good

only one ok run i got in. 3 others my clutch ate it.

heres the stats on the one ok run.

Im decently happy since that was my first ever run this year at the track and the first time ever with that car....only other times i raced were 2 times with my aveo....NOT the same

 

congrats on sellin the aveo, it made u look gay.

but 15.2 is bad, i will have to admit, but practice makes perfect.

that run my launch sucked i launched at probably under 1.5...all my others i launched at right around 2 but my 2nd gear wasnt biting it hard.

To cheer you up. Remember, 15.2 is faster than hondas. Put cars on me.

 

do a search for proper shifting. The stock clutch isn't garbage. It can take a lot of abuse. I was launching at 5200rpms on slicks tonight and it held fine.

Don't shift into 2nd when still spinning in 1st. That's the main problem.

 

i beat an semi built SI on the free way on the way home haha.

and 15.2 is a lot faster than the 17.2 and 16.9 that my aveo ran

Oh i know the clutch can handle it i just gotta figure out what i was doin wrong.

 

LOL quite a bit of difference from the aveo, I bet that top end feels real different............

 

Keep practicing man. My first time at the track i got lucky and ran a 14.3 with a 2.1 60ft stock. the rest of the runs that night.....ha....not so good.

well count me in! do u need a helmet to run or nah? whens the next one u guys are goin to? i say on the....23! cuz im off and i may or may not have my solid motor mounts in!
