Getting closerrrr

I'm really really trying hard for 13's. This is my second time at the track. Here's my best slip. Everyone was saying how bad of condition the track was today, so I'm sure on a good day I'll turn 13's for sure.

R/T---.671
60'---2.218
330---6.139
1/8---9.241
MPH---79.06
1000---11.915
1/4---14.144
MPH---101.82

With thos mods you should be running mid 13's to low 13's when the intake comes in. Givin the fact that you get traction. The car stock is practicly capable of those times. Im not sure what other factors play into your times such as traction, temp, elevation, ext. but i think you should be running alot lower times. Sorry, not trying to be an ass.

You're not being an ass, I agree I should be running lower. I know I would've gotten 13's for sure if the track wasn't how it is. Everybody was saying how shitty it was tonight, I wasn't the only one by FAR. My last two runs everytime I shifted into 3rd I'd just spin like crazy.

The tack sounds really bad if your spinning like crazy going into 3rd.

Yeah it was really bad. I'll be going again soon, so I'll post my best when I go again. If the track is good I should be running 13's for sure.

The big thing is, is that I'm wondering if my clutch spinning is something to worry about and if it's something wrong with my car, because I keep checking back to see if anyone replied to this topic due to me being very nervous about this situation. Thanks

low 13's? not with a 102 trap. Your 60ft isn't bad at all, although you could cut it down to a 2.1 but i know with the stage 2's traction is hard to get. Shouls see high 13's 13.6-13.9

Heh, thanks. Yeah I know that I'll be able to run 13's w/ what I have now. And with the intake I'm sure I can start hitting consistant 13's.
