Yea it's all over the drag section. Lsj brakes, a little grinding and some soft side walled tires on 15" rims

I love how our cars are capable of low 12's with bolt ons. If the ss/tc didnt come with brembos i bet there would be much faster times everywhere. I for one am too lazy to swap to lsj brakes. lol

Its something you just have to do lol. I still think about putting the brembos back on, but then there goes traction.

how small can you go on the brembos' i doubt i would want to swap caliipers that often myself... how much brake performance is lost for those who swapped to lsj's??

You can manage a certain few of 17 inch rims over the brembos. From stock ss/tc brakes to lsj brakes with good rotors and high performance pads there is little to no difference as far as dd goes. If your looking to road race I am sure there will be a difference there.

Hippo and I went by your car SEVERAL times today and didn't see you!

Also when we left - We noticed a HUGE dent in the rear fender on the drivers side. DON'T remember seeing that during the day. There was a huge diesel truck on slicks parked next to it for quite a while. I REALLY hope that already happened and we didn't notice it before.. otherwise we think maybe they backed out and whacked your car.

SO sorry if you had to walk back to your car and just find that. Seriously hoping thats not the case.

You don't happen to know right off the top of your head which 17's will clear, do you?

Or a thread where some are listed?

I have not tried it but the ss/na wheels are said to fit with a three mm spacer. The wheels I had fit and worked well but needed a 10mm spacer, back spacing was not good for the brembos.

I'll have to look into that. 17's might increase my potential tire choices over the 18's. If nothing else it'll at least give me a little bit more sidewall to play with.

So did you make it into the 11's? And ion redline 17 inch wheels fit no mod's/spacers needed to clear brembo's!
