Englishtown is over 2hrs from me. If you're in the Pocono area, usually Island or Maplegrove is the track of choice.

www.islanddragway.com for info! Nice lil track, there was a LOT of imports tonight! Even saw a SS/TC there

As for the topic. I experimented a lil but not a ton. I found just a lil lower tire pressure then stock and a short burnout to clear the tires worked best. I got a 2.1 60', 13.9 @ 103. Ill post the slip tomorrow

Well if you cut a 2.1 60 thats pretty good on street tires. I found for me that around 26-28lbs. with no burnout was the best.

The track I goto isn't the best honestly! I didn't try ALL kinds of situations, I just backed down pressure a lil at a time til it stuck the best it would. And I only do a very short burnout, LOTS of gravel at this track!!!

Edit: I feel I could get a 13.7-13.8 with a better 1-2 shift. That's my next goal

When you ran your 12.7 @ 113, what was your 60' time and your 1/8 mile time and trap? Also did you NLS from 1st to 2nd? Sorry for all the questions, but we have the same power mods and I cant seem to run my car to it's potential due to my local track never prepping.

I run about 20psi in the front with no burnout. The 1-2 shift/bog was a problem for me. I would shift out of first too late and it would hit the limitier. I lowered the 1-2 shift to 5800rpm and the car responded pretty well.

Did you NLS from 1st to 2nd, or just 2nd to 3rd and so forth? I was told 20psi was too low, but if you ran a 13.5 stock than I will listen to you, LOL.

I use NLS on every gear. My problem was with the 1-2 NLS is the car would stop moving for a second and would bog. It turned out it was me hitting the limiter for a split second. I lowered my 1-2 NLS point and the car got faster.
