Went to the track last pulled a best time of 13.7 @ 102 (90 degrees out). However on most of runs i either missed the 1-2 shift or it went in but seemed really clunky. Is this just me screwing up or is the clutch in trouble already? Any suggestions on improving this shift would be great.

 

does it go in fine during normal driving? under the front 2 cupholders the cables snap into a holder for them. check there and see if they poped out. i am pretty sure thats where it is.

 

I have the same problem with the 1-2 shift under power.
Figured it was just me.

Are you sure you put the clutch all the way to the floor before moving the lever? Also do not let up on the clutch until the lever is done moving to the next gear.

 

Dont rev the car to 6000 in first shift at 5500 out of first. Dont try no lift unless you are not spinning, even the slightest bit, it will not go into the next gear.
