ok. cause he bought it and had the sticker and motor to prove it.

a n/a motor generally will make the same power at any normal operating temp... oil temp gets hot and makes thin oil...

There's also the LS3 and L99 Camaro SS's. We didn't get into details with the guy, it was just let's run, ok let's do it. BAMCIS.

When did I ever say you was stock? What I'm saying about the Camaro running WAYY slower ET and Trap has nothing to do with your car.

Nope, I was comparing the SS to a stock SS/SC trap showing how ridiculously low it is for it being a "SS" Camaro. If you trapped 101 I know your not stock.

You're still linking the top times those cars ran. You realize not everyone runs those times right?

You asked what the L99 trapped. Sure a lot won't hit what the car is capable of though the trap speed won't be far off. Post this on Camaro5 and see if they say it's a V6..Bottom line is if it was a SS ****'s messed up.

If you want the worst of the worst I can't find another 5th gen SS Camaro trapping 96mph..find one and post it. Seriously think about this..there are NA 2.2's and 2.4's on the drag list trapping 94,95mph...

I'm bogging off the line, most have been 2.3-2.5 60' haha.
I'm going again this afternoon. so far another 14.5 @ 99.99. my rt isn't helping either lol
What does reaction time have to do with it? Your ET is not affected in anyway by your RT. You can sit there for 3 days, your time doesn't start until you move far enough forward to trip the beam.

Definitely work on that 60'. That's were your trouble lies.

From what the other guys were saying, the track was ****. Which I could believe, because today I noticed it wasn't clutch slipping it was all tire spin..and they may have been the same last night, when it was colder out. Best 60' I could manage was a 2.3. I want my RT down, so I don't have to run my ass off to beat a 15 sec n/a Honda. lol

I don't believe its the tires, they're relatively new all seasons.

fwiw, he was on the slippery as **** lane last night. I was running 15.5's on that side, and 14.7's on the other. That, and an 8 second turbo honda shop car was running 10's on that side.
