M3's first time at track!
Terry! WTFOMG!
Don't bother telling me you got an M3. Suckerz for sure.
I have been looking at some Lotus Elises and Exiges (though they want crazy money for the Exiges). I'm really tempted to get one as a weekend car, specially an 06 Elise I found with 18k miles for 24k.

The Lotus is an AWESOME go cart! And I mean that in a good way. But from what I hear its not that big on the inside and its lack of a rear seat makes me have to pass on it all together. But I wouldn't shoot you down for buying one thats for damn sure. Best of luck getting it and make sure you post pics when you do!

Well, I want it for a weekend car. Thats how the one I'm looking at has so little miles. The guy who owned it put less than 500 miles on it a month.
Not getting rid of the balt, since I need something at least semi practical to drive around with on a daily basis.

I didn't get a chance to give a down payment cause things got really hectic. I've been thinking about it, and I think I want to buy one of the new E92 M3s. I just started my new job a month ago ( IT work for a drilling company) and I think I may be able to buy one. What do you think? E42 or E92?
4k cheaper than the 335i Sedan, 6k cheaper then the 335i Coupe or 335xi Sedan, 8k cheaper then the 335xi Coupe.
Of course, if I had the extra 8k, I'd go with the 335xi just for the crazy launching ability it has.

Actually, on the BMW prices, I just built a 135i, 335i, and 335xi with everything I would want.
135i = $42,750
335i = $47,875
335xi = $48,175
So yea, I wouldn't bother with the 335i, I'd spend the extra $300 and get the 335xi.

The 135I has a different engine then the M3 does. Its smaller BUT its twin turboed! I'd give em a year or 2 to work out any kinks as it is a brand new design. NEVER buy a first year car, they always have bugs to be ironed out.
Ummm, Terry. You know that the 1 series is not a first year right? Has been in existence over in Europe for a very long time. And the engine is a 3.0L I6 single turbo, the exact same one as found in the 335i and 335xi. Never said it was the same as the M series.
Speaking of M3's, I just had a new one try to mess with me while I was driving to work two hours ago. Yea, like I'm going to mess with one of those monsters in Friday night traffic in Tampa. Thing was "The Sex" though. That really dark dark blue.
