too many missing variables.
how often do you 'launch' your car or take it to a track to get comparible data?
I bet 95% of it is your launch/driving...learn the cars G'spot and you'll drop .5 second...then from there it takes constant tweaking of your launch as you add more tq/hp...

In one night you could easily run a 16.4 high and a 15.7 low.... My bone stock 04 Cavalier with a 5spd ran a 16 bone stock on 225/40/18's, lowered, intake, and getting nothing but wheel hop.
