new PB

1000 foot times like usual

2.07 60'
8.38 1/8et
89.7 1/8mph
10.55 1000et
107.89 1000mph

best guesstimate would be about a 12.4 at 116 1/4. not too shabby for it being 90* out and 75% humidity. on the next pass i think i messed up the shifter roll pin. looking into my issue now

you need to come out to either a test n tune, or the midnights, when you get everything goin good. i bet you could make some money. one night i had the hood opened up to let it cool off and was adjusting the tire pressure when two kids came up. maybe 15-16. and kinda talk to eachother like i'm not there "what do you think? 17s? maybe a low 18?" "yeah probably somewhere around there" me-" *chuckles* seriously? i bet i can pull atleast a 13.80s out of it on my first pass." "i got $20 that says ya can't" "youre on"

sure enough, first pass, line up against an auto ls1 goat. beat him by a couple cars and ran a 13.72@105. $20 bucks in my pocket. covered my entry and tech card lol

Nice run Hatrick! I'm new to the Cobalt world, but I've been looking at some of your vids and have been impressed. I've been dragging RWD cars for years, so the FWD thing is a new deal for me. I've got a slipping clutch that I'm going to have to do something about asap and was wondering which one you're using. Congrats on the new PB, man!

I need to try that. I was so frustrated cus last time I went to the track I was running similar times on my turbo set up I had been on my 2.8 set up. I was like wtf?! granted this was only my second time at the track but I figured I'd be quicker. My R/T and 60 is where Im suffering.

I would stop roll racing Supras and losing. Maybe you should spend that time working on your consistancy with your launches. Oh and move next to a 1/4 mile track!

hey if you feel like winning a 4ft trophy. come to one of the bracket races at TRP and enter in trophyII. ET break is 12.50. so just give it an easy launch in time trials and then just put your dial at 12.50

Nice job. I wish I had 1000 ft speeds on my slips. 1/8 speeds are hard to compare.
