New Track Time at Cayuga!

Hey guys was at TMP in Cayuga Apr 15/06. I was racing with Mase with the lowered RL and had lotsa fun here are the results....

R/T: .187
60ft: 2.290
1/8: 9.201
mph:80.03
1000: 11.8
1/4: 14.0
mph: 105.01

I ran a 14.0 twice with stock pirellis but couldn't quiet get that 13 sec run I am looking for I have the mph but need a better 60ft. How are you guys cutting a 2.1/2.0 60ft time with stock pirellis I am slowly getting into the gas after idle not launching at 2000rpm. Any help would be appreciated? Thanx..... Lovin STG1....and 3"pulley...

Nice run!!!!
That is some great mph!!!
Just get new tires, and smaller rims for drag.
Power is only good if you can put it down.

2.0 on the stockers takes determaination trust me , hehe . When I got mine I launched of idle , qwickly let out the clutch without really slipping it too much at all , while easing on the throttle trying to haze the tires just enuff to not get wheel hop . That seems to be the ticket for me and killer 60's .

Great MPH , u def. got some potential et's deep into the 13's with that kinda mph . A trans mount , JBP control arm bushings and a set of hoosier 26x9 16" QTP's would do your car wonders .

Something doesn't seem right about that run....105mph trap with a lets say a 2.3 flat 60' should have been in the 13's unless your shifting really slow.

But that is a darn nice trap speed.

BFG drags only come in a 255 16" rim. I had to go 17's cause I think 225 is wide enough for me.
