I went up to mason dixon today with some friends, there was alot of cars there running, i was put in the trophy class, but had to leave early, i got a total of 3 runs. My first run was horrid, i could not get it into second gear, it sucked.

All in all i was happy, but there is much room for improvement on alot of things, i know i can drop times a bit, i just need somemore practise, and the times will come down.

I had hoped that GM Stage 2 would get me into the 13's (13.9 was the goal) now I am not sure that is possible without a 2.8 pulley based on your results and mods. thanks for sharing. Great job.

 

It could be, i just need some more practise, and it will get down there some more.

 

we cobalt guys are so ................ I dont have words man, IN one year we have broken 12s and I remember when I first got my cobalt, first one in miami should I mention, nobody had even broken 14s. Now everyone is in 13s, im so happy. cant wait to get my stg 5 intense.

Yea, there was alot of racing going down, they put me in trophy class, and i was doing dial in eleminating racing, but got really hungry, and tired so i left.

nice, how is that ported blower, does it change the tone of the blower?

 

Thanks, the ported blower is great, you can really feel the diff, if you have other things to compliment the blower, like intake and pulley, and it has a little louder tone.
