SS/SC vs B20 TURBO HATCH

I honesly Doubt im going to lose when the stage 2 is in. Becuase these motor heads RIG everything. Nothing is done correctly and a car is not going to run to its full potential if the turbo set up isn done right.
Im stock WIth a K&N and NGKS. I went with a buddy of mine and he said the same, i should of lost by alot more than that. Maybe the kid just cant drive?Hes was bitching about how his type R scynros are bad

even tho ur agreeing with me...thats the dumbest thing i have heard...because its in a eg it has 200hp because of its weight? so if that same engine was in something bigger it wouldnt have as much hp?
anything is possible a friend of mine had a similar setup, however he rushed his build. i won by default, he sent a piston 20ft in the air.... if this guy know hows to build it then its a monster of a car....
If he is using a Type-R tranny, that is killing his speed then. The gears are too short for that engine setup. A regular LS tranny would be far better suited for him.
Also, you would know if it had VTEC. That sound when it kicks in is unlike anything else I've heard and it will hardly be unoticeable too.
It doesn't take a VTEC head to make power on the LS engines folks. However, a B20 bottom end with Golden Eagles LS/VTEC conversion kit and a Type-R head make s pretty damn stellar all motor engine.
Also, you would know if it had VTEC. That sound when it kicks in is unlike anything else I've heard and it will hardly be unoticeable too.
im agreeing with ubut im just saying what i know iv only messed with hondas before and that b20 motor in an eg is alot faster than when its in the crv because of power to weight ratio. and yes the b20 is out of a crv. and b20 motors are rated at almost 180 hp

yea but what u said was because it was in a car that weights less..it has more hp..the engine puts out what it puts out...weather its in a crv or a eg3...now the power it puts out will be faster in a eg than crv yes because it weighs less..but its not gonna gain hp because of it

My co-worker has a built n/a H22 swap in his EK hatch, and w/ drag radials he's running 12's. I could only imagine what it'd run w/ boost.

like everyone else says....300 hp car vs your what 210 maybe stock he weights half of what you do ....or whatever i dont know anything bout hondas dont care either.....and he beat you by 2 cars .....with your stage 2 and 2.9 id put my money on you i dont care what any of you say ......when you do race him get it on video and post it back on here
