I like how the vid says "the midwests fastest". They clearly haven't been to KC or Omaha. I like the fact that they are really fast DSM's though. But that title needs to go.

agreed. there are faster street cars. and the street races that they filmed looked like they were asking for somebody to get killed.

Think??? Damn you are cocky. Taking up for a bunch of guys that you have respect for.

Louisville kentucky isn't the midwest, FYI. Claiming to have the fastest cars in the midwest when you aren't even in the midwest is hilarious.

I never said that thats what it says on the video they race all over the place, they are based here in louisville and every time i seen them they never lost ,not even close. These are cars we are very proud of here the white one runs ??? he is the fastest one but all of them are in the ??? .And its hard to belive they are 4 bangers, very impressive, thats what they do is race for money, they just cant find any money races around here anymore so they travel a lot to race.

p.s im not trying to be cocky sorry if it sounded that way.

I can understand having to travel. That's usually what happens, you get to a point where you have to travel.

I suggest them going to Texas. I know for a fact there will be some good runs down there. We have a couple guys from Omaha that go to Texas all the time for money races.

Well you know there are a few cars here in Lexington KY.

Most of them are on KYHorsepower.

I personally aint got nothing for them. However, It would be nice for some of the less modded cars like myself get a chance to hook up with you all over there.

Weekend after next, man you should hit me up so i can come out there and see what pop'in. I might be able to bring a few friend if they aint broke.

Make a couple connects.

PM me if you have some cars in my range to run. If you aint got nothing but big boys that run for cash, then I'm not in.

I'm getting a house or two in this market, so my money will not be wasted on my car and pride like that.
I will race for fun and look at others.

Thats the difference between wining and loosing so yea it does matter.

There use to be a pretty fast talon here that was the fastest dsm street car at one time but I don't know what happened to him. You can find some pretty good races here if you know were to look. There are plenty of cars that run in the 9's on the street, not many 4 cyl but some nice old ones.

My brother owns a shop in Mooresville, NC and he has built plenty of cars around that area for people that street racing is all they do. It far but if they travel.

Impressive cars but I know for a fact they don't qualify as the "Fastest in the Midwest".....There is a well known guy with a Stage II Buick Grand National in that region who was running 8.1 or 8.2 @ 170ish in street trim last I checked....and I am willing to bet there are a couple dozen beastly "street" cars out there running in the 8's which could take them. I am not from the midwest but I know a lot of those guys do not mess around when it comes to making big HP.

But very impressive for a 4 cylinder..and those AWD launches are impressive...They must have to rebuild those things all the time with the way they abuse them.
