the front trans mount from ottp is crap. i had to replace my bushing too, just after like 10-150000 miles. (just got one off the ottp website) and had to basically hammer it in. the real solution is to get a powell mount instead. but the bushing was like $7. your choice

Couple of thoughts here....you don't think that you are being just a little bit harsh? Rubber bushings don't last forever, and this doesn't make the mount crap.

I agree that it should last longer and I am working out a way to fix the problem. This is what I don't get though. We have used this bushing since the begining of 2009 and just in the last 6 months people been having problems.....what changed? Not all of the mounts are low mileage, some were installed wrong but it doesn't matter. Still the mount isn't crap because a bushing goes bad, stuff happens. Look for a resolution in the coming weeks.

sorry to say, and i'm not trying to bash you as a vendor because i have no issues with any other of your parts, but i've seen TONS of people saying their bushing are crapping out after very short periods of time. for most people this is only about half a year or so in. for something that is supposed to be supporting your trans (and allowing it to be subjected to harder driving at that), if it gives out like that, its crap.
