2.0 In the Cobalt SS/Na

Looking for someone with experiance swapping the supercharged engine into the 2.4 , I can get the motor extremelly cheap and not have to worry about labour. Is it worth my while ? What exactly would I need to make it work , getting it out of a crashed ss so I need to know what I would need.

2.0 as in the LSJ or LNF? most would say no and just SC or turbo your current engine...but what fun is that? theres been 1 lnf swap and not sure on lsj swaps....but you need more than JUST the engine....

well if you swapped the engine, you would need to swap the trans too. theres just too much stuff needed to make it work.

There's no such thing as "just dropping a motor in" in a modern car. It's way too expensive and labor intensive to be worth it. You could do a full engine and trans build with less work and money.

As was said just use the supercharger parts off of it. The 2.0L would take far too much work to make work properly. The 2.4 uses vvt as well so im not even sure how the pcm would handle having a motor not equipped with that. Probably wouldnt be good

So just use all the sc parts. And get new injectors and such.
