Hey guys. Wondering if anyone has tried to put a SS/SC shifter assembly in a 2.2L? Not just the shifter, but the whole base. Thanks!

Exactly what do you mean? The plastic that goes around it and everything? I didn't realize they were that different between the base models and the SS/SC?

As for the shifter, you wouldn't have reverse lockout for sure. I don't know what other issues you might have because of the two different trannies, don't know how far the differences go for sure. You could always try and find a wrecked SS/SC and try it for yourself.
