hey guys im having some difficulties with my shifter. the knob and the peice that actually shifts. does it ever feel sticky when u trying going from say park to reverse. and does the shift rod and shift knob go from straight to a slight slant.

It should be perfectly straight.

 

mine is straight when u look at it in P but when u put it in drive the metal rod is straight then the shift knob goes on a slight slant.

 

^ditto...... and yes, at times in the past, my shifter was "sticky", but it eventually went away *shrugs*
