Question 2.2L automatic drivetrain

I have a 07 LT and i have a few items such as a short ram intake, pulstar's pulse plugs, jet mass air flow sensor, pacesetter header, high flow muffler. Before i do to much more on the motor and making it go faster, I want to make sure the drivetrain can handle the power, how much power the drivetrain can handle and where can i go to get better parts for the drivetrain???? If anyone could help that would be very helpful!!!

thanks!!!!

the stock 4t45e can take some power, they are in the malibu's with the 3.5l v6, thats 210hp/ 240ft/lb torque. the best upgrade you could do is a tranny cooler, however if your not constantly beating on the car, its really not needed, even with a little extra power.

Our trans is found in many v6 cars putting down more power. I read somewhere that with a high stall torque converter that the trans could handle close to 500hp. I don't think anyone has tested this but I know its a strong piece of equipment.

yea I did that on lunch today hoping that the B&M was my truoble but its still doing it. what ever it is it seems like a computer problem, because somthing is telling it not to shift out of 1st but once its out its good thought the rest of the gears tell you come all the way to a complet stop and start in 1st aging!
