2.4 Motor Mount

I have a clunk and have replaced just about all suspension components so I decide to take a look at the motor mount. It looks to be alright but have I broke this mount, is this piece supposed to separate from the bottom? There looks to be 4 nubs but as you can some what see the top right nub seems to have been still connected (shiney white metal) while the other 3 seem to have been broken for awhile as they are dark.
Thanks

Round 2 hopefully picture works.

That's what I thought. With the single nub/post holding it out of the 4 think that could be my issue. I am going to replace it anyway.
Thanks

Well this was the mount when I took it out weeks ago. I replaced it with an off brand mount that looks the exact same. For some reason I think it is blown now too. I can't remember when I installed it if the rubber insert was all the way at the top after it took the weight I know it was before it went in. Anyhow now there is a gap between the rubber insert and the top of the mount.
