2008 cobalt owners

So as I see, I am not the only one with 3rd and 4th gear grinds. Apparently it's all 08 models. I was discussing this with my father, and he says they could possibly have a recall for that. What do you guys think? Think there would be a recall for this issue?

doubt it.. The 08 owners i know haven't had any issues... I think this is gonna turn into the bad clutch issues that SSSC people were going thru..

Mine does it but only if I shift extremely fast into fourth from third gear. When i say fast i mean pretty much slam it in. If I am alittle bit softer with my shift i have no issue. It should still not do this however.

It happens to me sometimes. MY foot is always all the way down on the clutch and I shift in a normal fashion and I get that grinding sound. From the time I have owned the car it's only happened in 3rd and 4th gear.
