So I drove down to FL from NYC,NY for a little vacation and also to fix some issues with my license (yes i have a florida license).

I filled up with 94, cost me about 46 bucks on average to fill up, i got aprox 400 miles to a tank which is insane! thats about 31 miles to a gallon (which is better then the rated highway mileage) it cost me practicly nothing to drive down and back up, i also had a passenger plus 3 JL subs + amp/cap. and also 2 bags (clothes)

i was fine once as long as i didnt boost much, had her on cruise control the entire time.

anybody else get odd gas mileage?

 

On high way trips I log 35+ MPG 400 on a tank with stright highway driving is a breeze.

 

you guys are lucky to have shell stations with 94 everywhere lol v-power ftw, im used to 18-19MPG with all my NYC local driving

 

hop on the interstate, reset the mpg thing, and chill.

on the way to the oregon coast and back i get 36-37 as long as I'm chillin. on 87 octane.

BUT DON'T GET ME WRONG! OUT OF A SUPERCHARGED COBALT, HELL YEA.

 

i get the cheapest gas. i still get 36-37 on the highway. city might be 29 or so. my meter shows around 400 when on the highway even with the cheap gas. would be alot better if we had a bigger gas tank.
